Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Please inspect your items upon receipt, as we want you to have the best shopping experience possible!

Return Conditions

We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

  1. The product must have been purchased from Vivomarts (verified by order confirmation email, receipt, or shipping label).
  2. The product is the wrong size/color, damaged, or has manufacturing defects.
  3. The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including warranty cards, manuals, and any accompanying accessories.

Note: Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other regulations. Please contact our customer care team for more details.

Return Instructions

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your order information and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm your request and provide detailed instructions for returning the product.
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
  4. Use the following address to return the product:
    • Vietnam: CM2-23A Ecogarden, Le Duc Anh, Hue 49000 Thue Thien Hue, Vietnam.
    • US Warehouse: 421 S Brookhurst St, Anaheim, CA 92804, USA.
  5. After shipping, please provide the tracking number to Vivomarts  via email at [email protected]
  6. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your request, including sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
